In this text Katerina reflects on the ways how to introduce improvisation tasks into the dance class for PD, where most of the dancers are introduced to the concepts of improvisation for the first time in their life. This text is discussing general ways how to motivate movement as well as it brings more than 30 concrete movement improvisation proposals on how to explore various movement qualities.
